Tracking Courier Shipments
Once an order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website, via the e-mail address used for the order. In most cases, it will take 12 – 24 hours for the tracking number to be uploaded in to the courier’s system.
We use multiple couriers to keep your freight costs low and to satisfy the many needs of our customers. If you have any specific preferences, please contact us, though preferences may not be able to be accommodated.

Tracking Freight Shipments
Heavy or bulky orders will be shipped by one of our LTL/FTL freight carriers. In most cases, these shipments will consist of one or multiple pallets. Once your material has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Your email will contain an estimated delivery date. This date is an estimate and you are not guaranteed delivery on this date. The carrier will call you at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. You can also contact the carrier directly to schedule an appointment. Don’t forget to reference your tracking number.

Freight Shipments
Orders over 68Kg or 150lbs. are typically shipped via a freight carrier. This can be one or more skids in size.
When a freight order is delivered, please be sure to inspect your freight package for external and internal damage. Also, make sure to check that everything received matches your PEXhouse.com packing slip.
*If your material arrives damaged, please note all damages on the delivery receipt and refuse delivery*
If you find minimal damage and it will not affect the products performance, you can make a note on the delivery receipt and accept the delivery at your discretion.
Any damage or missing items on freight shipments must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
All residential freight shipments are curbside deliveries unless otherwise noted.
If you are unable to receive pallets at your business or residence you are required to notify us ahead of time to book a truck with a lift gate service for delivery. The lift gate service charge will be your responsibility, even if the order exceeds the $249 threshold. If a carrier requires a lift gate to deliver and we are not notified, we will invoice you for the lift gate service charge plus a $25 service fee. Contact cs@pexhouse.com to arrange lift gate service.
Additional fees apply if you wish to change an address to a shipment that is already in transit.
Residential Freight Shipments
Residential freight shipments are not a problem. Please be sure to notify us if the delivery is going to a residence. In most cases a lift gate service is required for delivery (please see, Freight Shipments above).
Inventory and Lead Times
Inventory is updated daily but, can change as the day progresses. If your order contains stock, out of stock or special-order items the in-stock items will ship first followed by the other items as they come in to stock. This will not affect your shipping costs. Special order items may be shipped direct from the manufacturer.
Shipping Information Entry
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All addresses should include a street address, city, province and postal code. If special instructions are required, please note them on the checkout page. If you are located in a rural area which only receives shipments at a Canada Post office, please ensure that in the shipping address, Line 1 is the street address of the Canada Post office and Line 2 is your box number.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information; this includes matching the address with the correct postal code. If the carrier cannot find the shipping destination due to customer error, the shipping costs associated with returning the package back to PEXhouse.com and re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. If the customer would not like the package re-shipped, the order will be subject to our return policy, and the shipping costs will be deducted from any refunds.
International Orders
Currently, we do not ship to locations outside of Canada and the USA. If you would like to purchase from us internationally please contact us prior to placing an order. PEXhouse.com is not responsible for any Brokerage, Fee’s or Tariffs that you may be charged when purchasing out of country. When in doubt please contact us.
