PPSU fittings are Lead free, durable, light weight, corrosion free, and resistant to chlorine and other things that may be present in today’s water supply. Poly F1807 fittings can be used with Copper crimp rings, Stainless clamps and Stainless sleeves. They can be used in hot and cold potable water applications as well as in hydronic heating applications.
Poly F2159 PEX fittings can be used for installation in hot and cold potable water distribution systems as well as hydronic radiant heating systems.
Poly F2159 PEX crimp fittings are crimped in place, using a copper crimp ring, a stainless ring with ears (Oetiker) or a stainless sleeve. Also, the fittings are available in both lead free brass and poly (PPSU). This method can be used on all PEX tubing types (A, B or C)
