5/8″ AquaHeat PEX-c Tubing (1000 ft Coil)
$774.17
PEX-c while being more rigid and cost effective than PEX-a it still has many of the same properties. The flexibility of the cross-link allows the pipe to be expanded to work with both F1960 and F2080. It can also be crimped using the F1807 and F2159 connection systems. The tubing also comes with an oxygen barrier to prevent oxygen permeability. This reduces corrosion and damage to heating components.

AquaHeat PEX-c is manufactured using the irradiation method of cross-linking. The Irradiation method the pipe is extruded first and then sent through an accelerator to complete the cross-linking process. The Irradiation method provides more precise control over the degree, consistency and uniformity of cross-linking. This means the tubing is evenly cross-linked, with no weak links within its molecular chains.
Stiffer than PEX-a but, less than that of PEX-b
Compatible connection types with PEX-c are: ASTM F1807, F1960, F2080 & F2159
